Nifuate Tanzania Adventures uses the details you provide to respond, understand your travel needs and prepare journey ideas. We do not sell your personal information.

Information you provide

The form may include your name, email, phone or WhatsApp contact, approximate dates, group size, interests and message. Please do not include passport numbers, payment details or sensitive medical information.

Email correspondence

Resend processes inquiry emails for us. The Nifuate team receives your complete inquiry; the address you provide receives a confirmation with basic travel details. We do not repeat free-form messages in automated visitor confirmations, to reduce misuse. Replies continue by email. Correspondence is retained as reasonably needed for trip planning and normal business records.

Spam protection

We use form validation and submission limits to reduce automated messages. Temporary security records in server memory contain keyed hashes of network addresses, email addresses and inquiry contents, together with a reference and submission time. They do not store the original message or raw network address. Expired records are removed during subsequent form activity or when the server restarts. If an additional Cloudflare Turnstile security check is enabled, it may process browser and device signals to check for automated activity.
